Letters from Clients

Dear Zion Hill CDC,

I’m writing this letter on behalf of my family and me to thank you for making a dream come true.  In September 2008, I started the New Beginnings Re-Tell Program.  While in the program I learned about who I am and how to set goals for myself.  Your staff was very supportive and informative.  I learned to set short term and long term goals, that I am a good person, and that God has a purpose for my life.  I finally graduated from the program on October 30, 2008.

While I was in the program, however, I was having major family issues and my living situation was very bad.  But in December one of your staff members called me and asked If I wanted to interview for a new apartment.  I immediately jumped at the chance.  On Christmas Eve I had the interview and started the application process.  There was a lot of paperwork, so I went back home, celebrated Christmas, and prayed about the apartment.

On December 30, I got a call saying I was approved and the next day I signed my lease and got the keys.  By midnight on January 1 I was in my apartment!  Thanks to God and Zion Hill I met my goal of being in a new apartment by New Years Day.

Zion Hill CDC is the best thing that happened to me in 2008.  I recommend that other ladies take the opportunity to benefit from the services available at Zion Hill CDC.  If you give of yourself and are open and honest, the program works!  I am grateful to the program for helping me achieve one of my goals.  Thank you again, and I pray that God continues to bless the Zion Hill CDC.
