Housing Programs

55 and older Permanent Supportive Housing Program – We provide women aged 55 and older who are physically or mentally disabled and have experienced chronic homelessness with a home designed to permanently disrupt homelessness, to provide a safe and healthy environment in which they can thrive, and supportive case management.

Residents are provided with a furnished apartment, food, and toiletries. Residents are also encouraged to participate in educational and volunteer opportunities.

18-24 Permanent Supportive Housing Program – We provide young adults ages 18-24 who are physically or mentally disabled and have experienced chronic homelessness with a home designed to permanently disrupt homelessness, to provide a safe and healthy environment in which they can thrive, and supportive case management.

Residents are provided with a furnished apartment, food, and toiletries. Residents are also encouraged to participate in educational and volunteer opportunities.

Regency Supportive Housing Program – We provide chronically homeless single mothers and their children with a home designed to permanently disrupt homelessness, to provide a safe and healthy environment in which they can thrive, and supportive case management.

Residents are provided with a furnished apartment and are also encouraged to participate in educational and volunteer opportunities.

Z House Phase I & II Transitional Housing

In partnership with United Way we provide housing for homeless families in need of transitional housing to move them from Street to Home. After the families successfully complete the 90-day program we assist them with moving into their own permanent home and provide them with incremental financial assistance over a 12-month period to further help the families stabilize.
