The Future of Zion Hill
Z Village
Zion Hill CDC’s first housing project is to construct over 60 affordable apartment units at our present site, in East Point with a plan to extend our presence across the eight municipalities in South Fulton.
The Z Village complex is dedicated to complete affordability, with all occupants paying just 30% of their monthly income for rent. Our units will encompass studio apartments to three-bedroom homes, offering green areas, resident amenities, and office facilities for both Zion Hill CDC and affiliated organizations.
In addition to providing affordable housing options, Zion Hill CDC is committed to fostering a vibrant and inclusive community within the Z Village complexes.
We plan to facilitate social and educational programs for our residents, promoting a sense of belonging and personal growth. Our dedication extends to environmental sustainability as well, with plans for eco-friendly features and initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint. By expanding our presence into various municipalities, we aim to make a positive, lasting impact on the South Fulton area, ensuring that affordable and sustainable housing options are accessible to those who need them most

Zion Hill's Impact​
Over the past 21 years, we have extended our assistance to a total of 16,371 individuals through our programs, which encompass homeless prevention, homeless intervention, personal development, medical insurance, and food and holiday giveaways.
Our commitment to these initiatives has enabled us to positively impact the lives of countless individuals and families, providing them with essential support and opportunities for personal growth.
Looking forward, we remain dedicated to continuing these efforts and expanding our reach, our affordable housing Z Village will help us continue to empower individuals and families, ensuring access to the assistance and resources they need for a brighter and more secure future.
